well my last job kept my last check. it was over a thousand dollars before taxes i would have taken home around 800 bucks but they kept it. they owed me for a weeks vacation plus a weeks work and ten and a half hours over time thats 80 hours regular pay and 10.5 hours at time and a half. shitty thing to do to someone. especially i quit cause they were a bunch of fucking assholes not because i had a stick up my ass and wanted to fuck them over. shit they fucked me over for a year fucking assholes. anyone who is in the denver area who ownes a harley davidson high country harley davidson in frederick colorado are a bunch of fucking assholes, the mechanics are good there my friends, i play in a band with 2 of them but the managment does not care at all for there employees, and by managment i mean the retarded asshole, owner who kills rabbits casue they crap on the ground what a fucking neanderthal, do you know how much this spoiled little shit bag is fucking stupid, oh yeah and his fucking cunt wife.
they kept my check becasue i had to sign a contract saying that if they sent me to school for a week for furthur education that id stay at work for a year. fuck them. i knew not to sign that shitty contract i signed it last october. i was looking for a better job i hated that place from almost the start, but up here there is no work in the winter not for a mechanic anyway, so i had to stay there which meant i had to go to school cause if i refused id be fired and then id be way behind on my student loans and my co signer would have to pay them well thats not right. so i signed the contract but i couldnt stay there for a year no way. so the last couple months i was stock pileing tools i would talk to the master techs and ask them what i needed to do there jobs. so i bought those tools and i bought a bigger tool box to put them in then i split i found a new job within hours of looking acctually not even hours i called a place drove a half hour to get there and i go the job. so acctually as pissed as i am about them keeping my check its a small price to pay to get to quit working for the shittiest place i have ever worked for. thats right i hated that place more than any job. more than the cab company that wouldnt give you holidays off, or medical or sick pay. more than any fast food place i worked for more than walmart the few months i worked for them, more than the road service place i worked for countless hours of over time only to get 40 hours regular pay. yep high country harley davidson is the worst job i have ever had there was nothing good about it.

Fuck those mother fuckers sounds like a round of sabotage & vandalism is in store… hopefully getting the fuck out of there is more valuable than that last check. Isn’t it funny how “they” always have the upper hand, but holy fuck if you even it out you’d be in deep shit. Just add this to my list why I fucking hate the man, authority, bosses, management, & whoever the fuck else….
you know what and i kinda knew this but had nothing on my side to prove it. but its illegal for them to keep your check.. all of it anyway.
the hr lady called me yesterday, to tell me that she took all she could out of my check. like she was able to take all my vacation. but all the earned money she couldnt take so there is a check for me for about 500 bucks there. but i still owe them over 600 for the school they sent me too. to she offered me the deal that if i sign over the check shell wave the remainding 150 or so.
im half tempted to tell them to fuck off and just take the check. but whats 500 dollars compared to dealing with them for the next couple years in collections. my credit is still in collections so its not a big deal its just a fucking headache and these people are really that pathetic and desperate. there is no leaving on good terms with these people i tryed my hardest to leave with good standing, but they want to sweat me over 600 bucks when you run a multimillion dollar busiess? i think its pathetic. they are pathetic
